Event Package Pricing

Kids Birthday Party Package: $12 per child

(Please note that our packages apply for a minimum of 10 people.)

             2 hour Space Rental

                  Space rental basic equipment:

                  - Chairs (75 available)

                  - 4 Foot Tables (2 available)

                  - 6 Foot Tables (10 available)

                  - Fitted Black Linens

One staff member day-of to assist with basic set-up and clean-up

  • LCD projector

  • Free Wi-Fi in the meeting space

  • Kids Party Package also includes:

                  - 12 Helium Balloons in your choice of color

                  - Goodie Bags

                  - “Create Your Own Book” for each child

                  - Birthday Sash for Birthday Child

 

 

Meetings and Social Events Package: $50 per hour

Event Space Rental FAQS

What kind of events can be held at TMCBS?

Kids, Teens, Social and Corporate Events can be hosted in our space.

 

Is there a minimum/maximum to rent space?

Minimum to rent space is 10 people, maximum is 75 people. Space is guaranteed for the numbers of Guests on the contract. If your guest count increases beyond the capacity of the assigned event space, other options are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We allow you to make changes to your party up to 7 days prior to your event.

 

We are solely providing the space and items detailed in package. If you require installation of lighting or audio/video equipment or a tie-in to our existing systems, you must deliver such equipment for testing at least 72 hours prior to the event. We may require the presence of additional personnel whose time will be charged back to you. Rates are available upon request. Your equipment is not guaranteed to operate with our space.

 

How long will events last?

Events are booked in 2 hour blocks with an allotted ½ hour set-up before and ½ hour breakdown after event. Additional 1 hour increments can be purchased, please communicate to our Event Planner at time of booking.

 

Can I decorate for my event?

Decorations are allowed, but no taping or tacking items to the walls; no confetti, glitter, silly string or candles (other than for cakes). Please contact our Event Planner if you need clarification.

 

What is required to book my event?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. We accept payment by credit card or cash. Balance of event fee is due 7 days prior to the date of the event. If after booking you need move your event date or time; please contact our Event Planner, they will work with you to find an alternate date.

 

You may cancel your event up to 7 days prior to the date of event, at which time we will refund the total fees and charges previously delivered to us, less your non-refundable deposit.

 

(In most cases, as a courtesy to you we can hold event space for 48 hours after booking, depending upon event date. This gives you time to solidify the details of your event. After 48 hours, a deposit is required to guarantee space for the day of your event. Contact our Event Planner for details on courtesy holds based on your specific event date.)

 

Are food and drink allowed?

You may bring your own food or drinks as well as plates, napkins, and cutlery.

 

Are alcoholic beverages allowed?

ONLY Beer and wine are allowed to be served by party host. TMCBS will not provide, sell or serve any alcoholic beverages. However, we reserve the right to limit or “cut off” if any guest is over-indulging.

TCMCBS will provide coffee, tea and water for each event.
